After entering the real estate industry in 2012, I became one of the fastest agents to earn the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, awarded to affiliates earning at least 1 million in commission.
Despite this success, I found myself wrestling with increasing overhead, struggling to find the right business systems and quality people, and lacking the time I really wanted to spend with my family.
This got me thinking: What’s success in real estate really worth if you don’t have the freedom, or time, to enjoy it?
How did I build a successful real estate business and still have time for what matters most?
My success was the result of a few intersecting factors. After working up the courage to leave the conventional real estate brokerage model behind, I joined eXp Realty, and it was there I met a motivated group of like-minded agents willing to share their secrets and I discovered how to scale my business, diversify my income streams, and keep my priorities in check so I could thrive in all aspects of life.
